My daughter keeps eating all the time, so I told her not to eat so much or she will gain weight. When looking at her face, seems much bigger than before. She immediately told me she wanted to lose weight, which her father always mentioned to her, lol
So I asked her to bring the weight out and check how much weight she is now, OMG, finally, I find she hasn't gained weight, but I did, nearly 50 kg already, unfortunately, the one who needs to lose weight is not her but me!! me!! okay, I need to work hard on my weight as there is a saying here "a good girl should be less than 50 kg" (好女不过百)， I am on the edge now!
Summer is coming, do you have the same problem? I think I need to take more time to do the exercises, or I can only hide myself in room. lol
