Today I'd like to share two things with you. First, my makeup. Second, this lovely collage I made on Canva. I'm very proud of the collage because it's the first time I've made one from scratch, and it's very relaxing to look for elements to keep adding, and I could even consider it a little form of art.

My makeup isn't far behind as a source of pride either. It's the first time I tried a thick eyeliner, and also—I don't remember if I told you—I decided to experiment with my eyebrows, plucking a large part of them.

I don't have much experience with makeup and that's well known, but as an artist I consider it a way of expressing who we are, even if to others it might just look like lines.

This time, using a black eye pencil, I made a thick triangle right above the crease of my eyelid, and from there I drew a line that goes across the mobile part of the eyelid to about the center of it, without reaching the inner corner. Then I filled it in with the same pencil. The detail is that it occurred to me to blend with my finger only the part over the mobile eyelid, and then I put highlighter in the corner of the eye, above the tear duct.

My explanation might not sound very clear, and my makeup might not look that clean, but this was the way I used what I had, hehehe. And yes, I also painted my lips using a pencil, although in this case it is a lip pencil.

I think life is too short not to create imperfect art, and remember that art isn't just a beautiful landscape, it's the expression of what's in our minds and hearts.

Maybe someday I'll bring you professional makeup, but that day is not today. I'll leave you with my little photos and see you in the next post, muah.
