¿No crees?

Hurry up mommy, the sun is going down. Grab a knob of water, put on your shoes and off we go. This is a normal conversation between me and my mother in the afternoon.
The place where I like to go was filled with water and we wanted to capture its beauty by taking advantage of the reflections it gives us, as well as walking and getting some exercise.
I love the colors of the sky when the sun goes down, and the beautiful feeling of watching it fluctuate as the night falls.
We live in constant change just like nature, moving the body and getting out to breathe air in a healthy environment should be a non-negotiable habit for all of us trying to keep our sanity in these crazy times, don't you think?
