Nice squeeze at the top! Something you might want to try is to put an even stack of plates under each side of the weights on the bar so it is elevated like a normal bar. Really helps to save the low back

My buddy has a pretty sweet mat setup at his house I could go roll at, but he has no chill & no cardio 😂 so he rolls 1000% for like 30 seconds & is then done 😂 Hard to find good training partners
