The above question is what I was asking from the start when I first heard about the hard fork 21..
But through surfing and reading some of the steemian explanation post I vaguely understood that the rewards would be split into 50/50 author - curator instead of the usual 75/25 ..
I was shocked .....!! To be honest I mean it was me thinking why would they be doing this ... I mean why to fix something which isn't broken ....
But after all the days it finally got executed yesterday ...
It wasn't as glamarous as I was expecting ....
It was a rather silence ...nobody talking about it much fork...
And the most obvious thing was that I expected some thing of positive change in the price of steem which I was not able to see... :)
