A grey greasy day. Chose to focus in on a product launch - a few days late but a good product. Made a lot of progress. Weather did break to give a chance to walk

alt

Caught the train down Artarmon - there is a good walk along the railway line through one of the remnant blue gum forests. Always hope to find orchids

alt

A quiet spot to walk until the path reaches the motorway

alt

A few flower shots - hard to know if they are native or garden escapees

alt

Looks like a lobelia with the distinctive three teeth

alt

This is a conundrum plant - scurvy weed - it is a native but is often a garden escapee.

alt

End of the footpath - a couple of old style houses with the Save Koalas signs. Perfectly quiet location apart from the freeway just along the dead end

alt

Next one down - same sign

alt

The reality - dead end with the freeway up ahead - noisy

alt

Yep this freeway that the footpath and bike path follows

alt

Might bring my bike this way - not a.bad loop to ride and catch a train back

alt

Ageing magnolia on the road back up to St Leonards Station

alt

Royal North Shore Hospital and the station

alt

Turned into a good walk - got steps in. Stopped at butcher on way home for weekend. We are heading South

Cooked dinner - bolognese works for a few days meals

alt

Stayed up late to work on promoting Free List Building Website from my friend, Kevin Fahey - first draft of a strategy blog post done - check the product here - it is rick solid - just do the front end and focus
