Two reports in one - time got away the day before. Missed out on 10,000 steps day.
My coffee machine is dying and I found a repair place not far from home. Dropped it off, did some shopping and went walking from Davidson Park in Garigal NP. Not walked the track for years. It runs along the creek that runs into Middle Harbour
Was not hopeful of finding orchids as the creek level rises with the tide and sometimes floods the track. Love the pink wax flower

Walked up this track up the ridge for a while. Did disturb a swamp wallaby up there but he was too quick for photos. This is actually an aboriginal shell midden - more than head height
Cormorant came to land and pose in wing drying mode.
Did find an acianthus orchid in flower - tough to get in focus. Lower pollinated flower is in focus
Also found a clump of greenhoods on the way back but no flower spikes yet.
Frittered the afternoon away inching my sales page ahead for my membership site. Dinner was pizza - I mix them up a bit in segments. Highlight was shredded duck from Sunday roast and a splash of hoi sin sauce. Bases are gluten free from Italy.
To yesterday, it was not a great day. Head not in it even though there was quiet time while my wife visited her father and brother. I did go walking down the local track ahead of the rain.
Greenhoods are starting to spike their flowers.
Found two together in the spot I saw one last week. It is not yet ready.
More of a mushroom day - this purple one always gets my attention.
Stopped in one spot for acianthus orchid photos - would be a down day if there was not an orchid photo.
Met two ladies near the flowering greenhoods from last week. I pointed out two orchid flower types in that spot. They were intrigued. This golden mushroom was down below unseen in the focus on orchids. Stop. Look. See is the lesson.

Internet Marketing drift continues. I watched a Steven Benn webinar on Product Creation in the morning. It gave me some ideas especially on segmenting a little differently. Be off square with the big boys.
My once a month solo ad ran. Only 92 opt-ins out of 555 clicks is an expensive cycle. I normally get around 30%. It is time to change the opt-in page.
I did write up part of my next blog based on an idea I have had about IT skills needed to do Internet Marketing. They say it is not that hard and then along comes a wrinkle that needs Sherlock Holmes skills.
My sales page got a little clearer in my head based on the webinar. Just got to smash one out.
Dinner: Salmon done in sous vide - 30 minutes at 115F then seared in hot pan. Serve with baby potatoes and veges.
