Diatomaceous earth - I've had a $20 bag of it since 2019. Came highly recommended by a Steemit writer from the south (@crescendoofpeace) but I couldn't get the dogs to eat it (no matter what I mixed it with) so as to curb fleas/ticks/heartworm. Others recommend it for a variety of purposes. It's powdery and white.

I eat plenty of dirt, judging by the residue in the bowl after I wash grapes.

We all eat bugs, unbeknownst to us. The FDA allows a certain poundage in our food.
