Morning sungazing always seems like the best time of day to hold them. The most powerful time. A time of day when I have sensed my father with me many times and it would not be unusual for me to have a little cry in these moments. Not out of sadness but joy. Joy for the pure connectivity I have been able to retain with him.

I have not sensed my dad or my sisters being with me in spirit, but I never stop hoping.
I can imagine they are with me, but never "know" or even believe.
Belief ever eludes me.

And yes please let me know what works with nightly wand wearing. I've considered a pair of socks, toes cut out, if I could find any long enough and tight enough (small-boned, wrists smaller than a kindergartner's).
