Spiral noodles made from zucchini are all the rage for Keto and Gluten-Intolerant pasta lovers, but blood tests show I'm allergic to squash, zucchini, green beans, even amaranth and quinoa (gluten substitutes!). #NoFair!

Time to start putting up the homemade pasta sauce. Those maters will boil down to a fraction of their original volume, and with vac-packing in a good mason jar, you're se for the next year. Just a thought.

Take up canning...my mom, "hot water bath" method over an open fire during a power outage, feeding the flames with old barn wood. My neighbor (and my mom) still can green beans, even though the lids alone cost as much as a tin of beans from the store. Call me lazy. Or cynical. Deer and rabbits and bugs have thwarted my attempts at gardening. To the store I go.
