I was thinking about you recently, @bakingjazzpower! Our son Miles is no longer a New York jazz bassist; he's in MEXICO, since May 23, with at least another month to come. No, not because he can get paying gigs there (Live Music is almost dead all the world over, thanks to COVID). It's sooo much cheaper to live in Mexico City than NYC. And the food has been great. The people. The freedom of not being trapped in Locked-Down New York.
