Harina de trigo
Mantequilla

Sugar
Lo primero que hice fue picar y rallar el coco
The first thing I did was chop and grate the coconut
Seguidamente en un bol agrego dos huevos
Then in a bowl I add two eggs
Batimos y vamos agregandole la azucar
We beat and we add the sugar
Una vez disuelta nuestra mezcla le agregamos el coco rallado

Continuamos batiendo
We continue to beat
Luego pasamos a agregar la harina y batimos poco a poco a medida que esta se integre
Then we add the flour and beat little by little as it is integrated
Le agregamos 1 cucharadas de mantequilla hasta formar una mezcla suave
We add 1 tablespoons of butter to form a smooth mixture
Ya lista la mezcla tomamos una bandeja le agregamos mantequilla y harina para que las galletas no se peguen
The mixture is ready we take a tray we add butter and flour so that the cookies do not stick
En una manga agregamos la mezcla, en mi caso utilice una bolsa de harina,asi mismo vamos formando las galletas
In a sleeve we add the mixture, in my case I used a bag of flour, likewise we are forming the cookies
Metemos al horno por 15 minutos
We put in the oven for 15 minutes
Ya listas sacamos y dejamos enfriar para asi luego poder saborear nuestras ricas galletas de coco.
