PREPARACIÓN DE LA GALLETA

Se lava bien las Parchitas y se toma 01 se pica por la mitad y con un colador y una cuchara se le extrae el zumo, se reserva las conchas y la pulpa,

La otra Parchita se pica por la mitad se le saca toda la pulpa y se une con la que quedo de la primera

Las 4 mitades sin pulpa se pican en cuadraditos se ponen con un poco de agua en una olla y me monta en la estufa por 20minutos o cuando se pinche y estén blandita.

Una vez que estén listas se bajan de la estufa se dejan reposar y se licua con la pulpa reservada

Ya colada se lava el vaso de la licuadora para que no quede los residuos de las cáscaras y las semillas de la parchita. Luego se le agrega el jugo colado al vaso se le hecha 01 taza de azúcar ( esto es a gusto de cada quien si lo prefieren más dulce se echa mas azúcar o al contrario menos), se vuelve a licuar y se está muy espeso se le coloca más agua todo al gusto de cada quien.
