Greetings to the HIVE community! I hope you have an excellent weekend.
Today I bring you a creative way to make a candle made with a burned out light bulb and a clothespin.
It happened to me to make this candle when last night the light in the living room burned out ... how ironic! I thought it was fun to see how a candle was left in a light bulb, I decided to share with you the process of its elaboration.
I already had candles created by me in other containers, but never in a light bulb, these candles work by burning a cotton wick in alcohol or edible oil, since when the wick gets wet it rises by capillarity or absorption and is in turn burning the fuel when Turn it on. I already explain the step by step I hope you like it a lot.

Let us begin;
Materials:
• 1 bulb burned out.
• 1 Clothes hanger.
• Cotton wick.
• Alcohol or cooking oil.
Tools:
• Saw blade (to cut the thread of the bulb).
•Screwdriver. (to carefully break the inner filament).
• Pliers. (to cut and shape the hook wire).
• Medium sandpaper. (to remove the sharpness of the metal thread from both sides).

Note: To handle the bulb, I recommend cutting the metal part by wrapping it with a cloth, thus preventing it from breaking in your hand.

Empecemos;
Materiales:
• 1 Bombillo quemado.
• 1 Gancho de ropa.
• Mecha de algodón.
• Alcohol o aceite de cocina.
Herramientas:

Step 1
• We mark where we will cut with the saw blade.
• With the pliers and the screwdriver we proceed to remove the internal filament.
• Being very careful not to injure yourself using a cloth in between.

Paso 1

Step 2
• With the medium sandpaper we remove the edge to the two parts of the thread.
• The smallest part will make our lid and hold the wick.
• We remove the metal tip.

Paso 2

Step 3
• We cut the clothes hanger as much as you want to make the design.
• With the help of the pliers we mold it to our liking, in my case I did it in a spiral shape.

Paso 3

Step 4
• In the upper part of the hook turned into a base we form a circle that the thread of our light bulb holds firmly.
• We screw the light bulb.
• We cut the wick to the size we need, turn on and that's it.

Paso 4
