This week's share your battle challenge involves using a neutral card

This card is basically an absolute unit. A monstrosity when it comes to melee damage.

It is able to tank well and pierce through your armor. All of these with an immense amount of attacking power

Let's jump right into it!.

Theme: Goblin Mech

The Mech is a common card from the reward edition, it was released during the Beta Series.

It is one of the strongest Melee cards without an allegiance to any splinter.

You can get it currently for 0.014 $.

Even though it has reached its limit on printing, the mech is still a common reward card.

It was printed more than 300.000 times

It requires 10 mana and it is very underestimated, because..

1. Starts with overall great stats, high attack, defense and decent speed
2. It is a mercenary, thus can be used with all splinters
3. The Piercing ability: Your armor and shield might not save you
4. Allrounder: can pretty much be used on all rulesets

Where to use

Magic damage can bypass the mech's armor, making it its biggest weakness

Therefore the best rulesets for the Mech are:

• Lost Magic
• Weak Magic
• Super Sneak / Melee Mayhem: not on first place
• Knock-out: At higher levels with Stun

It is the best way to fight with melee against people who use the silvershield knight

Due to its massive armor it is a great option for the Earthquake ruleset as well

Take into account the Mana cap. For battles with a low mana you might be unable to use it.

The Battle

This Battle is one of the most appropriate scenarios for the use of the Goblin Mech

High Mana Cap and Lost Magic thus there is no way to bypass the armor.

As You can see my rival also used the Mech.

It was a battle of titans. I brought a level 3 summoner while my rival brought a level 4 summoner

My Lineup

1. The Mech, for this ruleset it must be first place
2. Luminous Eagle: High attack and the reach ability, thus second place
3. Armorsmith: Its repair ability helps is very helpful for the Mech
4. Cave Slug: Great defense and high attack with the opportunity ability
5. Silvershield Assassin: For games with high mana cap, the combination of high attack sneak and double strike can be deadly.
6. Silvershield Knight: With the Inspire ability. The attack of all my cards is raised by one

One of the factors that helped me win the battle was the rule of reverse speed.

My cave Slug became thus the fastest monster. It was able to remove the vulture and the archer.

One of the best ways to counter the Mech is a higher leveled Mech.

In the end this is what happened to my Mech.

The Mech was very helpful with tanking though.

It helped me protect the rest of my lineup while it wiped out beat my rival with sneak and opportunity attacks.
