Right now, I don't even know what to write. I have mixed feelings, perhaps because Mom's illness has left us all with a lot of disappointments, but I also believe it has left us with a lot of learning. Today, I don't have bad news. On the contrary, I believe Mom is making progress in her fight to feel better and get out of that bed soon, where she's been for over a year.
- En estos momentos no se ni que escribir, tengo sentimientos encontrados, tal vez porque la enfermedad de mam谩 nos ha dejado a todos muchos sin sabores, pero creo que tambi茅n mucho aprendizaje y hoy no vengo con malas noticias, al contrario, creo que mam谩 est谩 avanzando en la lucha por sentirse mejor y levantarse pronto de esa cama en la cual ha permanecido por m谩s de un a帽o.
All of her children long to see her active as she has always been. Sometimes I wonder what all the things are going through her head when she sees that at this moment she cannot take care of herself. Maybe she feels frustrated, or maybe sad, scared, tired 馃様

But you know what? Despite everything she's been through, she doesn't give up; she's still fighting! She's striving, because she loves life, and if God has given her one more chance to stay on this earth, she longs to live out her remaining time in the best way possible.
- 驴Pero saben qu茅? A pesar de todo lo que ha tenido que pasar, ella no se rinde, 隆all铆 est谩 luchando! esforz谩ndose, porque ella ama la vida y si Dios le ha dado una oportunidad m谩s para seguir en esta tierra, ella anhela vivir el tiempo que le queda de la mejor manera posible.
I see her struggle and I get so emotional I cry 馃槍 I really wish I had a supernatural power so she wouldn't have to struggle so much, but I also know that everything she's been through makes her stronger. Now my mother is doing more of her part and she's more convinced that she'll soon achieve her goal.

I've seen progress. She's trying, she's succeeding, and all her children's wish is to see her again arranging her beloved flowers, to be able to go for walks and sunbathe, without that wheelchair.
