Ladies Of Hive # 154, I would gather my family to tell them how much I love them. / Ladies Of Hive # 154, Juntaría a Mi Familia para decirles cuanto les Amo.
ENGLISH.
Greetings beautiful Ladies of Hive community 😊💕 hope and you are doing great! very excited to share a little bit more of me with you and to participate in this week's contest, this time answering one of the questions asked by @emilyra333.
If you were to die tomorrow, what would you have liked to have done while you were still alive?
I grew up in a big family, because I am the fourth of 8 siblings, my mother and us because my father was almost always absent, and even when I was very young he died, so only my mother, my 7 siblings and I were left, I will not say that my childhood was the saddest, no, because although my mother did not tell us that she loved us, she showed it in many ways, besides I remember with great nostalgia my games as a child with my siblings.
But there was the absence of the phrase, I love you, something I always longed to hear in the house of my childhood and youth, as well as the lack of hugs and that I also did not dare to say or do for fear of being ridiculed. Not everything was so bad since I always had my two younger sisters to whom I have always felt free to tell in many ways that I love them and that they will always count on me.
But with my other siblings there were more fights and criticisms than union and that somehow has separated us after we became adults, each one makes his own life without knowing about each other, I would have liked our family to be more united and loving, I am not complaining, I would have liked us to get together more often, not only when mom is sick, or when some other family tragedy happens.
Now yes, answering the question.
I think if I knew that tomorrow I was going to die, all fear and all shame would be put on the back burner, I imagine having a meeting with everyone and I would tell everyone starting with mom how much I love them and how important they are to my life, I think I would hug them and if I have to ask them to forgive me for something I would do it.
And my words to them would be, love each other regardless of differences, love covers all faults (quoting a Bible verse).
Why haven't I done it yet...well because if I call them to meet me, I am sure they would only come to my call if they know that something serious is happening to me.
I have many dreams in my life, many things I would like to do before I leave this world, but as time goes by I have realized that genuine love, showing it and saying it, especially to our loved ones is one of the most important things we should do, sometimes we take for granted the love of our partner, parents, siblings and we forget that we are beings that feel, with emotions, and that many times, a small act of love, or a simple phrase like, "I love you", can make the difference.
If you leave this world and you haven't loved then I guess you haven't lived.
Blessings, thanks for reading! 🤗🙏
