And I think this is so true. Basically our darkness is all the things we have suppressed, repressed, rejected in our lives going all the way back to childhood. Infact especially in childhood. Most of our actions then however were through what we learnt and just picked up from our parents, friends and environment. So in our adult lifes we just keep repeating these patterns unconsciously seemingly out of our control. Through feeling unconditionally any uncomfortable feelings we have we allow ourselves to go to the causal point of whatever the discomfort is and allow it to integrate and therfore release it's hold on us.
We must do all this without condition as mentioned but also without any expectation at all which ofcourse is easier said than done BUT achievable if we are consistent and determined!
