Twilight Peak
I haven't been here for a while. Not posting, not voting, not participating in anyway except the automated processes established by delegating HP.
The lady on the shot and me, we were colleagues this summer in island I啪, Croatia, in the 1st and probably only fully vegetarian hotel in Croatia since the end of Yugoslavia - called Korinjak. It is a very special place where I met many special people and also some that I knew from before. The girl's name is Lara and she was a model before and still is. Studying math in the university in Zagreb, Croatia. During my stay in I啪, everybody was telling me that I should climb the highest peak of the island and watch the setting Sun behind the horizon of Adriatic sea with hundreds of island scattered everywhere around. So, as impulsive as I am, one evening after dinner I proposed Lara to climb the peak, with no plan, no preparations, just like that, ad hoc - Let's go! She said yes, so we just started walking fast towards it, not even knowing the correct path but improvising with GPS. Those summer days were real hot, so the evening weren't much colder either, so we were fully sweating and breathing heavily while climbing up without stopping. She wanted to kill me! We reached the peak but didn't catch the sunset but we caught the Moon rising! I also really like the girls who trust me without doubts, that feel protected by my side - it is a very special feeling! The picture kind of showing her unsatisfied satisfaction.
No make-up, no preparations, just pure natural beauty is what fascinates me as a photographer and as a man too.
