Photo Paintings
The next shots are mirror images of boat parts in the sea surface. The sea was perfectly unstill & again not too rough so the images could be displayed nicely recognizable. Cause of the liquid effect of the sea surface, the photos get this artistic mood, looking like a very psychedelic paintings.
The 1st 4 shots are mirror of the bow of the wooden sailing ship called "Adonis Dva".
This is the whole ship. Wooden sailing boats & ships are my true passion.
This is the other one. Completely different type of boa by form but also an old wooden sailing ship.
It is specially attractive cause of this "eyes" detail. It really look like a living organism.
The last shot I did is a much modern type of a ship made of metal but still making a nice mirror image cause of the combination of colors applied on its bow & special golden hour light conditions.
All the upper photos I made with Nikon D800 & Tamron SP 70-300 mm F/4-5.6 Di lens except the last for which I used Nikon AF Nikkor 35-70 mm lens. The self-portrait below I made with the same camera & also Nikon AF Nikkor 35-70 mm lens.
