My Wednesday Walk to the Butchery, Itam Market.

Hello dear Hivers and my beloved people of the @wednesdaywalk community. I hope we are all having a great time. An easy day too is going sweet.

For my Wednesday walk today, I visited the Itam Market.

Para mi caminata del miércoles de hoy, visité el mercado de Itam.

It's been a long while since I visited the Itam Market, so while going I saw structures which were never there before when I used to visit the market, like the new parallax bank, the Gyutei Citi Hotel and Suites and the Panasonic Stores.

Ha pasado mucho tiempo desde que visité el mercado de Itam , así que mientras iba vi estructuras que nunca antes estaban allí cuando solía visitar el mercado, como el nuevo banco Parallax, el Gyutei Citi Hotel and Suites y las tiendas Panasonic.

Finally when I arrived at the market, I had to decide which square to visit. Itam Market is one of the largest markets in my area. Walking through all the squares is more like walking out of the continent. Finally I decided to visit the butcheries.

Finalmente cuando llegué al mercado, tuve que decidir qué plaza visitar. Itam Market es uno de los mercados más grandes de mi zona. Caminar por todas las plazas es más como salir del continente. Finalmente decidí visitar las carnicerías.

The first place I visited, I was very well welcomed as I introduced myself as a Hivean and that I was doing my Wednesday Walk.
I learned a lot from this Wednesday walk as most of them showed me some internal organs I had never seen and touched before.

El primer lugar que visité fue muy bien recibido ya que me presenté como Hivean y estaba haciendo mi caminata del miércoles.
Aprendí mucho de esta caminata del miércoles ya que la mayoría de ellos me mostraron algunos órganos internos que nunca antes había visto ni tocado.

I also learned never to waste anything. Whenever there is a celebration like Christmas or New Year, we most times kill goats too but we often waste the intestines and other organs in the stomach compartments. I learned that the intestines and the stomach walls too could be washed properly and made fit to be eaten.

También aprendí a nunca desperdiciar nada. Cada vez que hay una celebración como Navidad o Año Nuevo, la mayoría de las veces también matamos cabras, pero a menudo desperdiciamos los intestinos y otros órganos en los compartimentos del estómago. Aprendí que también los intestinos y las paredes del estómago se podían lavar adecuadamente y prepararlos para el consumo.

I experienced what I was taught in school in the practical application. I was taught that pressure increases with decrease in the surface in which the pressure is reacting. This is why it is easier to cut the meat with a sharper knife than a blunt one. That's also why the mouth of nails, pins are made thin. I learned like never before.

Experimenté lo que me enseñaron en la escuela en la aplicación práctica. Me enseñaron que la presión aumenta al disminuir la superficie en la que reacciona. Por eso es más fácil cortar la carne con un cuchillo más afilado que con uno desafilado. Por eso también la boca de los clavos, los alfileres, se hacen finas. Aprendí como nunca antes.

I also learned how to use the scale pan. Very amazing.

The last thing I learned was improvisation. The butchers improvised a wooden surface for a cutting edge.

The business is a great one as the butchers never lack customers to buy. When I was leaving, I saw a boy running down to the butcherie with some meat on his head and arms. I guess the one in the shop had been bought up by customers and he was taking another one for customers to be served.

El negocio es excelente ya que a los carniceros nunca les faltan clientes para comprar. Cuando me iba, vi a un niño corriendo hacia la carnicería con un poco de carne en la cabeza y los brazos. Supongo que el que estaba en la tienda había sido comprado por los clientes y él estaba tomando otro para servir a los clientes.

It was more like I was doing research. I pitied some of the animals but without them having to sacrifice their lives, there wouldn't be a world where humans will have meat.

After visiting these places, I also took a little walk back home.
