Hello dear Splinterlands and Hive community!
I've missed my last Brawl participation because of lack of time (and attention), this time I'm back to do my best into the frays and one thing I've noticed that I'm having less battles to enter than usual!
In this report, I'll be reporting ALL my battles like I did the last report
This would be my 8th Brawl Report with the Hive Revolution Guild with @itzninjafool as our Guild Master
It's the Bronze League All Cards Fray with a total of 10 Participants!
⚔️ Let's BRAWL ⚔️
1st Battle : WIN
This battle's rulesets allows to somehow guess what my opponent will pick, Magic Monster is the least probable. So either he'll go for Ranged Life or a mixture of damage types on the Death Team. My decision was going Ilthain to counter the Ranged Damage damage and buff my team's Speed while the high cap mana would allow me to pick High-damage Sneak plays
Luckily, most of enemy's monsters are Ranged and did suffer from Return Fire, although it was annoying the witness more than usual misses.
Fun fact: Venari Markrast was the last to get eliminated :D
2nd Battle : LOSS
I don't think I've played this battle correctly and kinda forced myself to use a couple of Gladius Cards. As we both used taut to control the upcmoing damage, the opponent came up with a weird 3 camouflage monsters setup that worked pretty well for him.
Unfortunately, Enemy Quora got an early Bloodlust proc and since then the battle flow started going downhill resulting in my loss.
3rd Battle : LOSS
The battle was decided after the buffs and debuffs:
- Enemy: +1 Melee (Tarsa) + 2 Demoralize + Shield in the back
- My Team: No Melee buffs + 1 Demoralize + Shield in the back
The result was all my monsters were left with a single melee damage unable to scratch Living Lava health and took too much time to reach both Demoralize monsters...
4th Battle : WON
With these annoying rulesets, I should come up with an annoying team!
What I've learned from Back to basics & Tis But Scratches, the MORE monsters you put into play, the BETTER! especially in low Mana battles (14 Mana)
I went for Bortus in case the enemy might pick a Magic Spam Earth Team and it can in handy since Oshannus Damage was nerfed and could've sustained enough to take it down!
5th Battle : WON
An even worst Rulesets that the 4th Battle, funny enough I've had ONLY 2 cards to pick: Venari Spellsmith & Eleven Mystic which was picked by my enemy.
I've learned a trick from a Youtuber by renting a card during the team selection and refresh, So I've done so by renting Naga Fire Wizard and that was my winning card on this battle.
The 3 Rulesets per battle aren't always fun 😅
6th Battle : WON
Opponent fled: A Free Win for me 😁
Brawl's Result
Overall it was a good performance, except for the 2nd battle that was played pretty badly, but I feel like I did pretty well in the 1st & 4th battle!
I got rewarded for my performance with 11.41 SPS and 800 Merits:
I proud of being the top performer in this fray (like the last time) but you might notice that there were way less participants in the current fray (Trokari played only 3 battles)
Unfortunately we were placed on the 5th Position this time, let's hope for a better placement next time 🙏
Many seats are still open for our guild to take part in the upcoming Brawls without the obligation of donating/ mandatory participations as quoted here:
If you are looking for a laid back guild that is focused on allowing the players within our guild to have no real responsibilities within the guild, other than you play. Or, let us know if you cannot. If this sounds interesting, consider joining Hive Revolution Guild. We do not require donations towards the growth of buildings, but, is always recommended. The higher the guild buildings the better the benefits.
Lets all grow together
Wait, @itzninjafools was kind enough to gift me a GF Pelacor Conjurer for my insane performance last Brawl. Thanks a lot Sir!
Good luck Have Fun on your Splinterlands Battles!
