Hello dear Splinterlands and Hive community!
After a long passing month, I'm back with another Brawl Report! and What a Comeback! So proud of my impressive performance and feels so good getting some compliments from my fellow Guildmates!
Unlike my last report, I'll be going through all/most of my battles analysis!
This would be my 7th Brawl Report with the Hive Revolution Guild with @itzninjafool as our Guild Master
It's the Bronze League All Cards Fray with a total of 10 Participants!
⚔️ Let's BRAWL ⚔️
1st Battle : WIN
- I've had a high Mana battle so mostly going for Possibilus. In
Odd Ones Out, Serpent of Eld would be my Go-to Tank followed by a heavy armored Relenor Cleaver. - Heal or/and Tank Heal are a must have on
Equalizerexplaining the Merdaali pick - Sand Worm is always a great pick in high mana battles
- I was hesitating between Ninja Turtle Repair and Desintegrator Demoralize and decided to gamble on the latter which paid off.
It was lucky that Desintegrator survived long enough to nerf the upcoming damage from the enemy team while the trample Ability helps to deal additional damage!
2nd Battle : WON
Again another high mana cap battle against the Fire Team but goes slightly in my favor. Lost Legendaries means that I won't be facing Djinn Oshannus, Counterspell means that it's less likely that I'll be facing Magic Damage and Aim True is one of the most favoured Rulesets by possibilus!
Putting as many Opoortunity + Inspire + Coastal Sentry as the main damage while having Diemonshark on the Tank position and Nerissa Tridawn (I know it's magic but still had 9 Mana to fill) to take some of the Sneak Damage
Isgald Vorst was the MVP on this battle as it managed to scoop 3 kills out of this battle
3rd Battle : WON
In my opinion, both Back to basics + Little League are so annoying and limiting in picking monsters, so I had to play on the EarthQuake Ruleset.
Having Brighton Bloom will net a Auto-win, so I had to pick monsters with enough Armor & health to survive to multitude of earthquake rounds (since no monster has the flying ability in Back to basics)
Enemy team was so focused on the damage that led to almost the entire team collapsing to the 1st Earthquake round! Resulting in an unexpected win !
4th Battle : WON
Quora is a must play in this matchup and should better be at the back position to target the weakest enemy available. Of course, having in mind the enemy might use Quora, I should control his damage by using Taunt aka Mycelic Slipspawn that did a great job and Goblin Pshychic for the Tank Heal
The battle was already over when My Quora got its first Bloodlust on enemy Mushroom Seer
Enemy Quora + Kron wasn't enough to stop My Quora Bloodlusted Damage!
5th Battle : WON
Another Wands Out battle where I decided to change a bit the tactics:
- Putting Void Dragon on the 2nd Position because of the Void Ability while Quora on the Tank Position away from most of the direct damage.
- I'll allow the time for Black Dragon to Life Leech and have enough Health to take Void Dragon place after its defeat
- Goblin Psychic for the Tank Heal
Quora Towershed was able to single-handedly take down the entire enemy team thanks to the Blast Damage (that did a number to my team too)
6th Battle: WON
Guess My Hero wasn't ready to face my mighty Armor :p
7th Battle : WON
It's true that the best play in back to bascis is MAGIC Damage but I wanted to have so control on my damage, that was I placed: Possibilus + Relenor Cleaver + Kulu Mastermind to target to Tank Monster and placing a couple of high-health* Magic Monsters on latter position to not get too affected from the Scattershot Damage.
You'll notice that the Aimless was the reason of my enemy's loss because it couldn't take down my highest damage monsters (Relenor + Kulu) at the right time
PS: Magic still hurts even while facing an underlevelled team!
8th Battle : WON
I've got distroyed on my last Brawl by a specific team, so I decided to use it this time to see how affective it is!
- Quix The Devious : Archery + Speed NERF
- Gargoya Devil as a Tank
- Ravenhood Warden for the Protect
- Dhampir Stalking Aim True + 3 Ranged Damage
- Liza Fox Bloodlust + 4 Ranged Damage
- Lighting Dragon very high Speed and Damage!
And it was hella effective! Maybe next time I should get myself a War Chang and try it!
9th Battle : WON
A similar lineup to the 2nd Battle but with more flexibilty thanks to the Melee Mayhem ruleset. The speed / additional armor disadvantage wasn't much as all it needs is a couple of Trample and Bloodlust procs to seal the victory!
Brawl's Result
To be honest it was a great surprise to end up the fray with a PERFECT 9 - 0 Score and feeling so proud of myself
I was rewarded for my performance with 13.7 SPS and 1300 Merits:
The Rest of my guildmates performed pretty and showing some solid Winrates including @itzninjafool going 5-0! Despite our efforts and a 64% Win Rate, we were unfortunately placed on the 5th Position because of the lack of members participating in the Brawls :(
Many seats are still open for our guild to take part in the upcoming Brawls without the obligation of donating/ mandatory participations as quoted here:
If you are looking for a laid back guild that is focused on allowing the players within our guild to have no real responsibilities within the guild, other than you play. Or, let us know if you cannot. If this sounds interesting, consider joining Hive Revolution Guild. We do not require donations towards the growth of buildings, but, is always recommended. The higher the guild buildings the better the benefits.
Lets all grow together
Good luck Have Fun on your Splinterlands Battles!
