Hello beautiful people and welcome to my blog!
Im not going to lie, when I first signed up it was all a bit intimidating getting to know the Hive platform but I think I am now starting to get the hang of it, and it is time to finally introduce myself.
My name is Cameron and I am 21 years old. I was born in England but my family moved to Ireland when I was only 4 years old so that is where I grew up. Now I am currently in Playa del Carmen Mexico. I came here in December 2021 with my girlfriend and her family, and I absolutely love it here! I will definitely be posting a lot about my time here, and the different experiences I’ve had.
I have done beginner training to become a barber but have had second thoughts about if this is what I really want to do. So for now I guess you could say I'm trying to figure things out. I will always have this skill for if I want to pursue this career in the future, but right know I want to explore other things.
I am a beginner skateboarder even though I started when I was about 10 years old. The place I grew up in didn’t really have any facilities for skating, and no one living there skated, so I never really stuck to it. I’ve always wanted to live somewhere I could just walk to a skatepark and now that I'm in Playa del Carmen I have one only a few minutes away, and many more only a short bus trip away. I don’t really have any excuses not to do it now. I hope to go to the skatepark more often and really improve on my skating while I am here. Im a very adventurous person, I love music, art, sports, cooking, many different things.
Im not going to go on forever, after all if you stick around you will be getting to know a lot more about me and the things that interest me, in my coming posts.
