Hello, Photography Lovers!
It’s me again, Daks! Welcome to Day 2 of my photography journey.
Same place, but perhaps a different angle. Today, I took photos in the same area as yesterday, but the atmosphere felt different. Sometimes, all it takes is a change in perspective to see things we might have overlooked before.
As I walked around and captured these moments, I was reminded of how fortunate we are when we have a job, earn a living, and can afford enough food to eat every day. We may not be rich, but if we can provide for our basic needs, we are already blessed in many ways.
Sometimes, it hurts to see our fellow Filipinos living in situations far more difficult than our own. You want to help them, to give them something that could make their lives a little easier. But the sad reality is that sometimes, what we have is only enough for ourselves.
It’s a humbling reminder that behind every photograph, there is a story. And behind every face we see, there may be struggles we know nothing about.
Through photography, I hope not only to capture beautiful scenes but also to share stories, raise awareness, and remind everyone to be grateful for what they have. Keep shooting, keep exploring, and keep seeing the world through a different lens.
