Being still doesn’t mean giving up. It means letting go of the need to control everything and trusting the One who does.
You may not have all the answers right now. But you can still choose to trust God.
So take a breath. Slow down. Be still—and remember who your God is.”

“Father, help me be still when my heart is anxious and my mind is overwhelmed.
Teach me to release the things I cannot control and trust You with what lies ahead.
