As an aside, I tried to pull out Canon 5D mark II after a long shot of photography. I almost forgot how to use, so the focus is subtle. It is heavy and the arm pulples. But I was able to take a good color. Shooting was fun, so let's try it again.

コンパクトなマッサージ機をいただきました。私はマッサージを受けに行っても首こり、肩こりがすぐにひどくなり、そこから背中、腰と痛みが広がっていくタイプです。一度肩こり外来にも行きましたが、身体バランス的に首がちょっとだけ長く、ストレートネックにもなりやすいらしいです。
こういう小さなマッサージ機は前から気になっていたのですが、ネットで買うには使用感の当たり外れが怖いし、店頭販売は売り子さんが居て押し付けが怖く買うところまで行かずに買うのを諦めてました。

使用感ですが、とってもいいです！！★4.2あげちゃう。
特に、頭〜首〜肩にかけてのマッサージができるのが嬉しい。寝転んで使用すると少し痛いので、ソファで座って当てるのが気持ちいいです。
首や頭と首の付け根は、一気に長時間マッサージするより毎日５分とか、少しずつコリをほぐす必要があり、マッサージ屋さんに行ってもそこまで長くやってもらえません。その部分をカバーできるのが素晴らしい。
モーター音も小さい方だとおもいます。夜に使っても大丈夫。
私は正直なので、貰った時に「わーうれしい！」って伝えても使わずに放置することが多々あります。けれど、このマッサージ機はいただいてから毎日使用しています。眠りも少し深くなった・・？（気のせいかもしれません）お気に入りになりました(*´∀｀)
余談ですが、写真の撮影に久々に Canon 5D mark II を引っ張り出してみました。ほとんど使い方忘れてましたので、ピントも微妙。重くて腕がプルプルする・・。でも、いい色で撮れました。撮影楽しかったので、また使ってみようかな。
