Hey Draw A Day artists and members. We are back with another Character Design Challenge for this round we are creating a traveler who carries their world with them. Hahaha sounds like a big burden but kidding aside, are they merchants on a long trip, or collectors of rare items, or someone always on the move for a greener pasture?
The cart is more than just a tool it tells a story. What are they hauling? Supplies for arts and crafts? treasures from a landfill? clues to their past? Their outfit is built for travel, layered and practical, but does it hint at their origins or personal tastes? And what drives them forward is it duty, curiosity, or something else?
Here’s how to participate:
Main Prompts (Participants must use all three):
Pom Pom Cap: Design a character with a cap featuring a pom pom or similar detail.
Pulling Cart: Create a character pulling a cart or wagon with a bucket.
Layered Outfit: Use a mix of a vest, skirt, and pants for a practical look.
Optional Prompts (For Fun):
Bright Backpack: Add a colorful backpack or bag for storage.
Colorful Layers: Mix colors like blue, green, or purple in the outfit.
Worker Vibe: Include a detail, like gloves or a tool, for a hands on feel.
