It’s always going to be a busy step count day when a pallet of fresh green coffee turns up, these are some direct trade orders with Plantations in El Salvador and Colombia - it’s the first time I have worked with these farmers so trying three sacks of each to see how they go down with my discerning customers - if it sells well next year I will order bigger quantities.
A stroll to the bank at lunch time to deposit cash helped top up the steps, and then an afternoon roasting coffee orders. Tomorrow a ton of fresh green coffee is arriving - although a quarter of that is sold already and will go straight back out.
