I'm living in Las Vegas for a year right now, so Los Angeles is one of my favorite places to visit on my days off. Before this particular visit, I bought a Fujinon 56mm f/1.2R lens, and I was so excited to test it out in LA.
I was supposed to meet my friend Khiyon at Griffith Peak. I didn't know the area too well, so I just took an Uber up. Stupid me ended up leaving my camera in the car...yes my $2500 camera rig. OMFG. ...and I didn't even realize it until after the car left. Long story short, the super nice driver ended up seeing the camera in the back seat, and drove all the way back up. Bless him.
Anyway, here's a super bokehlicious shot from Griffith Peak right after sunset.
24 years into my life, I finally saw the Hollywood sign.
Silhouettes.
Black and white works on this one.

Finally, a gorgeous sunset over LA from Griffith Peak. SO BEAUTIFUL.
