Every Sunday in 6th Sundays we train to be rescuer in our community. This sunday I learn how to bandage and how important it is. The sessions tackles from head to toe how to bandage when there is wound or muscle being strip. I love to volunteer and help my community. The Spiral reverse bandage using elastic bandage was the first aid to the laceration wounds to avoid blood loss of the patient. It was very easy to learn and the basic one to do in bandaging. I love to explore in my youth days to gain knowledge in trainings and to volunteer to help my family and the community💕

This the spiral reverse elastic bandaging. We learn this together with my co-trainee, it was a basic to learn and make the patient rescue from the blood loss. This bandage was use to cover any large cylindrical part of the body that is injured.

First make the base of the elastic bandage to the arm of the patient to prevent the put off of the bandage and secure the bandaging to the patient.

The process was to make the elastic bandage in spiral reverse repeatedly, wrap the area in slant circular motion until it covers the wounds and make the blood stops flowing. If the bandage reach in the end put some tape to lack the bandage.

That is all! I share some good information in first aiding the wounded or injured person😊💕
Have a great day a head, be productive, positive outlook in life comes in the blessings!
