Good day creative people,
I created this plush and little bit
scary character in Blender 3D and I decided to share it here on Hive. He's not to scary though. He's cute like a Frenchie. lol.

Creating characters can be time consuming and tricky especially when rigging the bones for posing later on and that's why I settled for a two legged creature. I only used about two constraints ( IK and damped track).

Sculpting character involves a top understanding of anatomy and muscle physics and so on. I did this using a few cube meshes.

While creating this character, I used the particle system for the hairs and it was fun. Lately I have been trying out a lot of things rather than only Sub D and hard surface modelling, I feel it allows me to learn other modelling techniques from doing different projects.

I had to pause my main project, I scrolled around Pinterest for a few inspiration and I did this. I rendered a few poses along with the ambient occlusion for each of them.

I also used shape keys for the eyes and mouth motion.
I rendered using cycles, 35 samples at 1080px x 1080px. 100%. I also took down to Photoshop for a little post processing. I just added vibrance and some curves to it.

This is how I'm starting my week, with a lot of creativity and good vibes.

Let me know what you think about my character and how you intend to go about this week.
