The moment I told my landlord I would be moving out, I started seeing some agents bringing their clients. At first, I did not have a problem with it until they came knocking at my door at 8 pm, that they were here for inspection. I was so pissed like why Tf will you be knocking at my door so late in the night telling me you want to inspect the apartment so I told them No way, that they should come on the 1st of next month when I pack out, I called the landlord as well to let him know am no longer pleased with the numbers of people coming to check the apartment when I am still around.
The reason I said that agents can't make heaven is because of their deceitfulness. I heard one of the agents telling his client that the apartment is good and if she misses it, she won't see anything like it again. Meanwhile, I know that if those clients were to rent the apartment, they would regret ever doing so because they are going to face the same problem I faced in the house.
House hunting is not easy, especially for people with requirements... I clearly told my agent that there are three things I want when they want to get an apartment for me.

- Upstairs
- Personal Prepaid

I made this clear because of what I faced in the apartment I am about to pack out of, and never am I going to let that happen again... I started the hunt earlier last month but all the videos they sent me were not my taste and the ones I like are either rented out before I could make a move, At some point I was getting tired that I even had to go there and meet the agent physically, we spent a whole day searching for house but still did not like the one I was showed... It is either that the apartment is too small or not well ventilated, or it is downstairs..
At a point, it got tiring and was about limiting my standard because I already told my landlord I am packing out ending of this month and I do not want a situation that I will have to call or message him again to allow me spend one month extra, so that anxiety kinda want to make me settle for less, so I told the agent to start sending me videos of any houses available maybe I will see one I like, luckily I eventually saw one that also have my requirement but it was a new house and needed time for them to complete it.
I asked the landlady if it is possible to finish it within a week because I need to move in fast, she said once I pay, they will start work on it, so I paid and the POP and Tiles got done within a week as promised and even though I still have not moved in because the painter is still working there but I am no longer nervous knowing that I would be able to move by ending of this month.
