My character Bayek's level had not yet reached level five. But to complete the main mission ahead, it is very important to reach at least level five. So I decided to finish another side quest first. This mission was called “Prisoners in the Temple”. Some priests have been imprisoned here and my job is to rescue them.
It was night time. The surroundings were peaceful. I was riding my horse towards the temple. There was a big, beautiful moon in the sky and the whole atmosphere was amazing. Seeing such a beautiful night, I felt like taking some pictures. So I took some beautiful pictures of Bayek while sitting on the horse.
Slowly I got closer to the temple. But now the most important task was to find out exactly where the priests were being held captive. To make this task easier, I called my pet eagle, Sino. Sino flew around the entire temple area and marked on the map for me where the priests were being held captive. Now it has become much easier for me to rescue them.
I decided to rescue the priest first who was very close to the main wall of the temple. There was a special device next to the wall called parkour. There was a rope-like mechanism that made it easy to climb up. I used it and quickly climbed up the wall.
But as soon as I got up, I saw a guard standing there. Without delay, I jumped on him and killed him instantly with my sword. I saw another soldier coming towards me. I quickly hid inside a bush. When the soldier came very close to me, I grabbed him from behind and put the knife to his throat. He also died instantly.
Then I was moving to rescue the priest. But just then, three more soldiers arrived there. Two of them had spears in their hands and one was a huge soldier with a large mace in his hand. I realized that it would not be easy to fight them.
Still, I bravely started the attack. First, I attacked one person from behind and killed him. But when I attacked that huge soldier, I realized that my attack was not doing him much harm. Rather, one blow from his mace reduced my health by half. Then I got a little scared. Suddenly, I remembered that I had a special attack ability. Using that special attack, I first killed that huge soldier. Then I quickly killed the rest of the soldiers. After that I went to that priest and cut his handcuffs and set him free.
I carried the bodies of the soldiers lying nearby on my shoulders and hid them in a bush, because if the other soldiers saw the bodies, they might become alert.
Then I went further into the temple to rescue the second priest. But it was not possible to go through the ground path, because many soldiers were patrolling around. So I started walking sometimes on tree branches, sometimes on roofs, sometimes on pillars, and sometimes on ropes.
Finally I reached the second priest. Two soldiers were guarding him. I attacked him suddenly and killed the first soldier easily. But the second one was an archer. He was shooting arrows at me from a distance. I didn't know any skills to block the arrows. So I quickly ran and killed him too and freed the priest.
Now the third and last priest is left. He was imprisoned deep inside the temple. To get there, I had to travel a long way and fight many soldiers on the way. Every time I killed the soldiers, I was looting gold coins from them. I will be able to buy various materials and upgrade my weapons and tools with these coins.
After much difficulty, I finally reached the third priest. A large soldier was guarding him. I stealthily went behind him and assassinated him. Then I freed that priest and told him to run away.
Then I climbed up to the roof of the building and collected some coins. I got a lot of gold coins from there. But just then, some more soldiers came there. There was no chance of escape, so I fought them and killed them too.
After all the work was done, I quickly climbed up the temple wall and jumped out to escape. This completed my side quest.
