- Hello everyone. How are you all? Welcome to my blog.
I was completely mad. I searched the entire temple for that merchant but simply couldn't find him. The truth is, I had actually found the merchant, but I hadn't realized he was the person I was looking for. Consequently, I kept searching the whole temple while he remained locked up in the dungeon.
Meanwhile, soldiers are falling at my hands one after another. What else can I do? They keep wandering right into my path. I am forced to kill them. Otherwise, they would kill me instead. Take this archer, for instance. what need was there for him to invite his own death by shooting an arrow at me?
Later, I decided to hunt down and eliminate every single soldier in this temple. I grabbed my killing machine, my bow. This weapon is awesome. Arrows fly from it just like bullets from a pistol. The enemy is finished in an instant. I even struck a pose with the bow in hand.
Next, I faced the temple commander. He was a massive man, wielding a large shield. Taking him down was no easy task. I initially tried to kill him with arrows, but he blocked them all with his shield. Once I shattered his shield with a shield-breaker attack, I was able to kill him easily.
Then I emerged from the temple and killed anyone I encountered. A bloodlust had taken over my mind. I simply kept on killing. I struck down those close at hand with my sword and shot arrows at those further away. Some soldiers I killed stealthily, creeping up from behind and plunging a knife into their throats.
The situation reached a point where there were nothing but dead bodies all around. I returned to that prison and saw a captive still lying there. This struck me as odd, so I went inside and realized that this was the merchant I had been searching for all this time. I had freed him long ago, yet I had failed to recognize that he was the merchant.
The merchant was in a bad way. He had lost a great deal of blood from a severe beating and was on the way of death. He flew into a rage the moment I mentioned about the artifact. He told me his cousin had stolen it and fled, heading towards the southern region. I killed him right there, delivering him from his agony.
- See you all in the next mission. Goodbye.
