People who do not think cholesterol or fat in the blood are probably rarely found. But in most cases we have very little idea about cholesterol. Cholesterol refers to total cholesterol, HDL (high density lipoprotein), or good cholesterol LDA (low density lipoprotein) or bad cholesterol and TG (trigysnaside). Generally, reducing blood cholesterol can reduce the consumption of low-fat foods, avoid eating sweet or dairy products or eating less, regular exercise. Good cholesterol HDL prevents heart failure in the blood vessels of the heart and helps prevent heart disease. On the other hand, LDL or bad cholesterol produces blocked heart in the blood vessel. As a result, there is a risk of heart attack. In most cases, good cholesterol is less than the blood level. There is no such drug to increase the cholesterol. But regular exercise results in the development of good cholesterol in the blood, as well as the reduction of bad or harmful cholesterol levels. Therefore, exercise should be done at least 30 minutes daily to keep blood cholesterol levels normal.
