Everyone loves getting Upvotes and sometimes they can be hard to come by even if you’re posting quality material like the good people at the Silver Gold Stackers Community do. Recently I have begun Curating as a Guest on Ecency and I’ve found there to be another great group of people behind the Ecency project so today I am thinking about how I can help bring all those good people together. I do love to find good Win – Win situation and I think that I might have found one.
Ecency on the surface is a front end website for the HIVE blockchain where you can do all those regular things like Post, Comment and Upvote, but there is also some cool stuff going on there that might not be quite so obvious. Ecency is also driving a significant curation effort and they are working hard to create incentives for people to both use their website for HIVE and ALSO produce good quality content. They reward people who use their website with Ecency Points that can then be converted into Upvotes via their Curation Team if they meet some basic quality metrics.
SGS is a long standing HIVE community with a great crop of content producers who use a variety of different websites to post, but they don’t always get the support for their content that they probably deserve. So I figure why not try and introduce SGS to Ecency so they can check it out and maybe get a bit of extra support. That’s why today I am doing a limited time offer to help get any SGS members onboarded with Ecency.
If you’re an SGS member who hasn’t used Ecency before then all you have to do is go over to the Ecency website HERE log in and go have a look inside your Wallet. You’ll automatically get some Ecency Points just for logging in for the first time so if you click on the Ecency Points tab you’ll see your starting balance there.
Then all you have to do is write your next post using the Ecency website and post the link to that post in a comment below this post. I will then send you 150 POINTS which you can use to request a BOOST to your post and if your post passes some basic quality metrics you’ll score a free $1 Upvote from the
