Celery Harvest Day! I still had a bunch of celery that needed harvested before the cold weather gets here tomorrow. We sure have been blessed with some amazing fall weather. Today was an absolute stunner, 75掳F. Our last day in the 70s I am sure for many months. The baby pigs sure enjoyed the celery tops and stalks that I didn't use.
