Decentralized gun control. Can we set up an incentive based blockchain that gives coin for responsible gun ownership. Incentivize locking up guns, educating yourself about gun safety, and being aware of the possible dangers of gun ownership. This is thinking in the right direction. The right wing despises government intervention in the gun issue. Will this remove that dilemma from the issue?
