Although scientific evidence at the moment is not enough to connect sitting for too long with chronic health issues, my practice and experience have shown me multiple cases it does cause energy, self-esteem, pain and overall well-being problems.
To solve this you can move regularly, self-massage and foam roll, but all of these require separate time and attention.
Changing your pose regularly
This trick does not require additional time and attention. It just needs you to change your working pose every now and then.
Keep the poses different and still comfortable. Don't think for good or bad posture. It should not distract you, just make this moving part of your workstyle.

edit:
After @riverflows comment, I realized that probably I should elaborate some more on my thesis, so it is more clearly understood.
Point 1. In my experience prolonged sitting has some negatives. This thesis is not science-based.
Point 2. Good posture is overrated. There is no science evidence, nor I have observed negatives from not having "good posture". Maybe except self-esteem and appearance issues.
Point 3. Usual way to fight the negatives from prolonged sitting are:
- regular movement(this including walk, gymnastic, gym activities, yoga practice dance and so on)
- self-massage and foam rolling
- breaking the prolonged sitting with short movement/stretching sessions
The problem with all of these is that they require one to break out of his working/creative process. For some creators entering a creative zone vibe can require a significant amount of time. Also each one of these need more or less dedicated time and attention to them
Point 4.
My proposition here is to teach yourself different comfortable working positions. Change them regularly without breaking your work process.
My experience with myself and thousands of office workers have shown very good response to this practice in terms of reduced chronic pain, energy, body-awareness, and overall well being.
In other words - keep moving while you are sitting.
I wanna stress out one more time: I think what is called "good/bad posture" is overrated and regular changing of all king of sitting/standing positions brings much better results.
Please, be free to ask anything.
