Hello friends, on this occasion, I came across an interesting coffee shop located in a somewhat surprising place, it is a Catholic church known as La Candelaria located in the central area of my city, Caracas- Venezuela; in it also rest the mortal remains of the renowned doctor José Gregorio Hernández. Venezuelan doctor, recognized for having had a life dedicated to his patients, also known as the "doctor of the poor" and also called "El Venerable", one of our most popular saints. Inside this church, on one side of it, there is a space decorated with the image of this saint and it is none other than the cafeteria "El Venerable".

At first it caught my attention, as several umbrellas placed some tables outside and chairs next to the church and behind them, a discreet entrance to the cafeteria, there I ran into a life-size image of Dr. Jose Gregorio Hernandez and of course, I could not resist the opportunity to take a picture next to it ha, ha, ha, ha, besides, they have all kinds of religious articles integrated into the decoration of the place. The coffee prepared by the barista is Bernard coffee, gourmet type, I had not seen it in the market until that day and when I tasted it I was amazed with its strong but at the same time delicate flavor, with a pleasant aroma. The service was very friendly.

I arrived at the place with two friends, while we waited for our coffees we sat outside where the tables were arranged, enjoying the beautiful scenery of the square, the air and the pleasant atmosphere that reigned; it was an experience apart from new, very spiritual, I felt very comfortable, wanting to share, to talk with my friends. Besides the fact that the barista did a great job with his presentation and with an exact combination in my coffee with milk, it was just right. So it is a place that I recommend 100/ , if you are tired and want to take a break or want to wait for someone or just enjoy a good coffee and you are near the Candelaria square, come and have a very relaxed and happy experience. greetings!
