How is everyone doing? I hope you are all well and always happy. It’s great to see you all again. I’m back with stories to share about the various activities I’ve been up to.

This time, I’m going to try an instant coffee from JSU Coffee—a brand owned by the Thai artist Dew Jirawat. He is one of my favorite artists; when I was in Thailand, I wanted to visit his café, but unfortunately, it was too far from where I was staying. So, I decided to simply order the instant coffer. JSU Coffee isn't just a standard café; they also sell a variety of other items, such as instant coffee, bags, clothing, tumblers, and much more.

I really want to visit the café; the next time I go to Thailand, I’ll definitely stop by. For now, I’m just going to try the instant coffee. Oh, I bought the coffee from a friend who visited the place and asked them to send it to me.

I bought a box of coffee containing 10 instant coffee sachets. Oh, and the artwork on the box was designed by Dew Jirawat himself—he is very talented.

I made two versions of this coffee—iced and hot—to compare which way it tastes better.

Making it is very easy, just like any other instant coffee: simply brew it with hot water, or add ice cubes if you prefer it cold.

This coffee tastes great—it’s not too sweet, and the coffee flavor really comes through with a pleasant bitterness, thanks to the use of unsweetened creamer. It’s perfect for those who don't care for overly sweet drinks. It also has a wonderful, delicious aroma.

Unlike typical instant coffees that are dominated by sugar or creamer, this one isn't; the coffee itself really stands out—it’s delicious. While it doesn't quite match a barista-made brew, it is definitely one of my favorite instant coffees. They use high-quality beans, which makes me curious about the coffee served at their actual café. I can't wait to visit Thailand again! Haha.

In my opinion, this is great served either sweet or cold; however, when I want it cold, I like to add palm sugar—or more precisely, a drop of stevia-based palm sugar syrup. It tastes like a palm sugar latte—absolutely delicious.
