The soft light of the morning wintersun has awakened me, just befor the alarm.
The new rising sun shined on me with luke warm rays.
It came to greet me with joy on the new day
and new opportunities lay before me a full day of work ahead.
Our feathered friends fluttered around our house and in the big tree beside the road.
All the new daily life stared at me this day in this pure moment.
Mother Earth with all her beauty is such a great gift.
And in a few hours the light of early evening twilight will show a different kind of beauty.
A beauty in which the sun still gently shines on the field untill it swaps with the moon.
I silently and gratefully consider the blessing of standing here enjoying the greatness of today.
Today when it hasn’t even started being fully today.
On days like this given in rest and peace
in which we may continue to live on earth I am just silently thankful.
