Its been a while but needlework is never out of my life.
It’s a form of relaxation for me.
Also they are big and small projects and this is a small one for a small one, as a present!
I am making a beanie for friend.
She became a mum to a baby boy. His name is
FEDDE NOAH
Fedde after the dJ Fedde LeGrand, a famous dutch DJ,
so that’s maybe a name you know from that artist. I always try to make something new and add a personal needlework touch. This time I embroidered the two letters from his names. I wanted to try out the full names but that was so difficult, I decided to do the F and N. In blue on a white little beanie. And on a bib I embroidered a F.
I started without a pattern.
What do you need?
You need a gift made from fabric.
( It doesn’t matter what it is )
You need an embroidery needle.
You need scissors.
You need thread in the preferred color,
in this case blue because it’s a baby boy.
I did the initials.

I have embroidery stacks in most colors.
I also have an embroidery ring to keep the fabric in place, this time the ring was even bigger than the hat beanie.
