Right now I'm too heavy to put down better dunks without being crazy explosive in the legs. I'm weighing in at 212 lb. A lot of dunkers are taller than me and lighter than me. I just found a guy in Florida who inspired me. He is 5'10 and 170lb. He is intense and he trains hard to be able to dunk. He has even put down the East Bay Funk Dunk. It is tough to keep jumping that much and do what it takes because it doesn't happen over night and it is never easy. If it was easy everyone would do it.
Another guy who really inspired me. I like watching these dunkers who are shorter than me do it. It tells me there is no excuse for me.
I have seen it so many times where guys give up on their dream to dunk. I play around some really good players and most of them give up on dunking. They quit trying to jump up there. Don't get me wrong there are a few guys who are around who can throw down some sick dunks but they are always 6'3 and under 190lb. I'm not trying to take anything away from them but I don't consider them in the same category as myself.
I have been feeling myself get higher and I'm getting decent bounce off two feet lately. Pretty soon I will come out with a new video with some dunks I have never pulled off!
