I enjoy fishing. Life gets so busy, it is hard to find time to slow down and wet a line. Over the Labor Day weekend, I finally found time to get away from the daily grind and enjoy some down time with family and friends. I also got to do some fishing!
I was fortunate to catch this Striped Bass on the Colorado River while fishing with anchovies. I only found two hours to fish, but thankfully was able to find a school of Stripers, including this one. (Nothing tastes as good as catching, cleaning and cooking your own fish)
The crazy thing is I feel energized this week at work and am even more productive than normal – This is a great remember to myself and everyone that downtime and doing things for yourself is important. Get refreshed my friends!
