My coworker made these for a birthday in our office recently and they were AH-MAZE-ING!

Here is the recipe:
Cake donuts:
1 box cake mix (funfetti)
1 large egg
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup water
- Preheat oven to 350
- Mix all ingredients
- Well oil the pan! (Cooking spray works best)
- Place combined ingredients in a piping bag (Ziplock). Cut the tip off and pipe the ingredients into a donut pan, filling each halfway full. (Use a small spoon to even out and level each one, wipe any excess off sides)
- Bake for 10-11 minutes
- Take out of pan carefully and cool on rack
- Dip the smooth side in icing when cooled and top with sprinkles immediately
Icing:
- eye ball the powdered sugar
- eye ball the milk
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- pink food gel coloring
- Whisk together until at desired consistency. You want this to be pretty thick otherwise the icing runs!
