En este lindo medio día quise preparar una rica ensalada de aguacate, comúnmente así se llama en Venezuela mi país natal un nombre totalmente criollo jaja y que a la mayoría de mis compañeros que me leen se que les encantan.

Tome repollo, tomate y pepino y porsupuesto el aguacate que es el protagonista, no se si sean las palabras correctas para mencionarles porque no escribo mucho sobre comida pero bueno trataré de meterme en el papel.

Comencé con picar ambos ingredientes en cuadritos hasta llegar al punto que quería.

Después uni como es común en forma circular en una tasa ampliada lentamente para que no se destrocé y así pueda llegar a la hora de ser servido estéticamente.
