Hello @fermentedphil, these are great photos! Especially the one with six loaves. They look like a family or siblings :) And it's true: There are a few things, as I said, as nice as a freshly baked bread.

I see. So it's an indoor oven. I just imagined an outdoor one. I heard before there are community ovens especially in suburb area, which are fired up once a month or so so that people gather and bake bread

Wow, it's nice that there are ovens at camping grounds. Outdoor baking must be a fun field. And also it's nice that you try to find a way to for your friend to bake there. No kneading might be a good direction
