A phrase commonly heard around the crypto world.
Something I think most crypto traders are aware of if not wary of.
So now the SEC is looking at the Dec 2017 rise in BTC.
Was it insider trading?
Or was it fans jumping on board?
Either way if criminality was part of it, then prosecutions should follow, that makes sense.
But leaves a nagging question or two.
What about the stock market? What about the gold market?
Anyone who follows these markets would have spotted the same movements over the years.
I wonder if the SEC will be looking into these also?
Would be a lot easier I suspect since large transactions on those markets have to be notified in writing.
Should be fun to watch.
